As a young business we have taken time to develop and test our internal systems and to build up stock of the most common products we sell but along with that, we feel it’s important that our customers learn more about our business, our aspirations and our beliefs.  

We this in mind, we have created our Core Values and the culture we have here at Tektum Supplies:

We treat our customers as friends. We treat our industry with respect. We don’t say anything we wouldn’t say to our friends or family. Even if it’s bad news, it’s still better than no news.

In order to be efficient and offer real value to our customers, we keep our minds open, share our knowledge, act fast and always have a “can do” attitude.

You can count on us to deliver high quality products and to be with you in your time of need. We do this with outstanding customer service – our staff are empowered to make decisions, we believe in talking not hiding and we will always deal with a client before ever attending an internal meeting.

4) Fun

Being happy has a lot to do with our relationships, both personal and in business. We work hard and spend a lot of time here at Tektum so for us, it’s important to make work enjoyable for our staff and to be easy to deal with.
