Fire stop strips

• Movement joints between two flat surfaces.
• Minimum 15mm thick width to suit fire rating.

Profiled fire stops

• Manufactured in individual blocks to suit most profiles.

Profiled acoustic fillers

• BS EN ISO 9001:2000 Assessed to provide a weight sound reduction index (RW) of 46db.
• Free from CFC’s and represent no known threat to the environment.
• Odourless non-hygroscopic, rot proof, do not sustain vermin and will not encourage the growth of fungi, mould or bacteria.
• Thermal conductivity at 75mm thick for decking profiles 0.035 W/MK.
• Thermal resistance at 75mm thick 2.10 M² K/W.
• Operating temperature 850°C.
• Non combustible to BS476 part 4.

Intumescent strip

• Fully tested to provide a 30 minute fire resistance in timber doors and screens.

Intumescent acoustic sealant

• Fast curing, approximately 15 minutes free tack time.
• Can be painted once fully cured. Only apply when temperatures are above 5c.

Fire foam

• Over three hours fire rating.
• A self expanding ready to use polyurethane with CFC-free propellant.
• High bonding strength, tack free after 25mm.
• Sealing openings in roof constructions, cable and pipe penetrations.
• Widely used in conjunction with composite panels at the ridge and hips.
